Trey's Blog is devoted to generating interest in the creation of an Adult Day Center for young adults with special needs. Located near Columbia South Carolina, Trey's Transition is a non-profit providing support services for young adults ages 18-40. Trey's Transition program aims primarily to develop, enhance and help maintain vocational & social skills of these young adults to enhance their quality of life and better their community.
