Trey’s Transition believes in the uniqueness, worth, dignity, and right to self-determination of every individual. The program will provide day care for young adults with disabilities. To strive to prepare, empower, and support young adults to participate as much as possible to their potential in their home, school and community.

robert. thanks for updating the blog. the picture of the young adults, and school staff @ the State Fair were awesome!
I'd like to talk with you sometime Wednesday evening on Nov. 5th to discuss further revisions for the blog and to get cauught up on what the others are doing @ this time with their assignments.
I'm getting calls from others interested in attending the next meeting and willing to do fundraising.
