I sent the annual accounting period information to Mr. Mink of the IRS. I also left him a message in that regard. I hope to hear from him soon as to what else we can do to be accepted as a non-profit.
I'll share more as information comes along. We need to schedule our next meeting for October, 09'.
I'd like to have a full board meeting this month if possible before the November, December holiday season. Let's look @ meeting sometime during the last week of the month.

I just wanted to let you all know that we are finally able to gaini access to the internet @ the Richland County Library. This ability will allow us to perform webcam access to those that maynot be able to physically attend our meetings. This is great news for Charley, who has been trying to link up with us by web cam from his location in Jamestowne North Dakota.
No word yet from Mr. Mink , IRS representative about our 501 status. I'm getting word from some parents that attended the presentation about Trey's Transition a few weeks ago @ Dutchfork High their plans to join our efforts to make the program a success.
